Goal 4. Ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning

Mae Tao Clinic runs a migrant learning center in Mae Sot, called the Children’s Development Center (CDC). CDC provides displaced children the opportunity for a brighter future through quality education from nursery up to grade 12. Every year, an average of 850 children are enrolled, receiving education in Burmese, Thai and English.

Through established partnerships, students can transfer to Thai formal education, Burmese education or university to obtain a recognized certificate from an accredited education institute.
