Subject: Bidding for Construction of two 2-storied RC Buildings
The Mae Tao Clinic intends to bid for the construction of
two 2-storied RC buildings, located at Moo 1, Tasailuad, Mae Sot District, Tak Province.
- Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:
1.1 Bidders may be individuals or legal entities with prior experience in similar projects, having direct contracts with government agencies, state enterprises, or reputable private organizations.
1.2 Must not be listed in the government’s blacklist of abandoned work or incomplete private contracts, and must not have committed any violations or unresolved agreements.
1.3 Must not have any shared interests with other bidders.
1.4 Must have relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and past work to submit.
1.5 Must not be individuals identified in the database of the Anti-Money Laundering Office under the Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Act.
1.6 There will not any advance payment for each work phase.
- Documents Required for Bid Submission:
2.1 If the bidder is a legal entity, submit a copy of the certificate of registration, list of shareholders, and authorized signatories (if any), along with a certified true copy.
2.2 If the bidder is an individual or an unregistered group, submit a copy of the national ID card, partnership agreement (if any), copies of partners’ national ID cards or passports (if applicable), along with a certified true copy. If the bid is submitted as a consortium, provide a copy of the consortium agreement and relevant documents such as a business registration certificate and VAT registration certificate.
2.3 Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- Bid Submission:
3.1 Bidders must submit bids using the prescribed format without any conditions, clearly signed. The bid amount must be stated in both figures and words without any erasures or corrections. Any alterations must be initialled and stamped (if applicable) at every instance.
3.2 Bidders must submit bids in Thai Baht and may only submit one price, either as a total price or a unit price, as specified in the bid document. The total price must be consistent in both figures and words; if there’s a discrepancy, the worded amount will prevail.

The names of selected bidders on 9
th September, 2025.
The agreement contract needs to be signed between the Suwannimit Foundation and the selected bidders for the legal process on 11 September 2025.
